Not happy at all!

Used to play this game on someone elses phone. And I really loved it! So I bought one myself. When I play the game everything goes fine, but some time later (same day) it just brings me to the start screen and I have start all over again! The progress is lost, everything is lost! Thats really annoying! Please FIX IT!!
