Developers Dont Care?????

This used to be my favorite game but now it doesnt save my games anymore so its no fun to play. I was going to buy their other Montezuma games until I realized they are not upgrading the software. : ( Wondering if the developers just dont care. Many people are complaining. PLEASE update to be compatible with the latest OS and please fix the save games glitch...its just no fun starting over from scratch EVERY time. I dont want to play to game anymore...PLEASE...fix.
